Foraging with William Dunkerly of Dunk's Mushrooms

William Dunkerley, better known as Dunk, has a background in foraging, wildcrafting, and food preservation methods, such as fermenting, making vinegar, curing, and drying. He'll discuss his passion for all things food and his specialty of playing with unique flavors from wild foraged items.
This program is presented as part of the Hampstead Public Library Big Reads event celebrating The Bear by Andrew Krivak and is presented with the Hampstead Conservation Commission.
