Multilingual Book to Art
Come expand your understanding about how literature and language function within our communities through this collaboration between Dover Adult Learning Center, Dover Public Library, and UNH’s Community Literacy Center. Youth in Kindergarten-3rd Grade (and their families) are invited to join us for a multilingual book club series hosted by the Dover Public Library. Each session will highlight a different language and include a multilingual interactive read-aloud, a song, and a connected art activity. Read-alouds and songs will be presented by community members in their home language. This program seeks to celebrate the languages that are present but not often recognized within our communities.

Registration is required for this event.
This program is geared towards students in grades kindergarten through 3. Caregivers are not required to attend, but are always welcome.
This program is funded in part by a Community Project Grant from New Hampshire Humanities.
