As the Connections program manager, Mary works with teachers, facilitators, and participants across NH to find the best humanities themed literature that helps participants reach their personal goals and find a meaningful connection with the literature. She also assists with managing the new virtual book discussion group and some grant narrative writing at New Hampshire Humanities. Mary has a bachelor’s degree in History and a Master’s in Education, both from the University of New Hampshire. However, her best education has come from her life experiences as a Peace Corps Volunteer, teacher, and mom. Mary loves hiking and is outdoors any chance she can get.
