Dr. Katrina Elta Kerr

Katrina joined the staff in April 2024 as Deputy Director. She brings a diversified background in global leadership across higher education, industry, and nonprofit. In her academic career, she has taught and managed multiple graduate programs in business, accounting, and project management. As a member of the Global Business Education Committee (GBE) for the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP), she has presented extensively in the areas of authentic leadership, diversity, communication, and challenging conversations. She completed her Doctorate in Strategic Leadership at Regent University and her M.S. in Business Education from Southern New Hampshire University. Katrina has served on the board of Opera New Hampshire and was the co-chair for back up timing supporting the Head of the Charles Regatta (HOCR) for ten years. She is a member of the Manchester Garden Club, loves biographies, photography, and has a passion for immersing herself in the stories, culture, customs, food, and language throughout her global travels. When not working or traveling she loves adventures and walks on the beach with her partner-in-crime Violet (her sassy 12-pound Morkie).
