St. Albans Museum: Museum on Main Street - Crossroads: Change in Rural America
New Hampshire Humanities is partnering with Vermont Humanities and the Smithsonian’s Museum on Main Street program to bring a travelling exhibit, Crossroads: Change in Rural America, to small towns in New Hampshire and Vermont.
St. Albans Museum will host the traveling Smithsonian exhibit Saturday, August 24, 2024 to Sunday, October 6, 2024.
The opening reception is Saturday, August 24, 2024, from 5:00-6:30pm and will include light refreshments, a panel discussion on local history, and from 6:30-8:30pm, the showing of a documentary film on community change in St. Albans that was produced in 1974. The film will be screened next door at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church (11 Church Street).
