Daniel Boyne, author of The Red Rose Crew, recounts the story of the first U.S. women's eight selection and their surprising run to a silver medal at the 1975 World Championships in Nottingham, England. It has been 20 years since the book was published but since then the growth in women’s rowing has been explosive. Daniel will share his perspectives on how the Red Rose crew changed the sport for all women.
