New Hampshire Humanities works in all corners of our state to provide wide-ranging, thought-provoking programs that connect people to culture, history, places, ideas and one another.
A More Perfect Union
As we look ahead to the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence’s proclamation, New Hampshire Humanities launched the 2022 "A More Perfect Union" initiative. Through lectures, book groups, grants for citizenship-themed projects you create, adult literacy programs, and collaborations with partner organizations, we invite you to join us on a year-long exploration of what it means to be a "good" and informed citizen.
On May 26, please join New Hampshire Humanities and Claudia Rankine, New York Times bestselling poet, MacArthur "Genius" award recipient, and keynote speaker for the capstone event in our A “Good” Citizen series, An Evening with Claudia Rankine: What Makes a "Good" Citizen? (attend in person OR by livestream) Details & Registration
The May 16 Ideas on Tap in Keene has been temporarily postponed. Please watch your e-news and this webpage for an announcement with the new date and time.
